Batman, duh!
Well, either him or Mister Terrific II. See the icon? He's a polymath, olympic level athelete, superhero, and even Batman liked the design of his "T-spheres" enough to steal them. Even if he doesn't know anything about law, give him a law library and an hour and he'll speed read his way to yet another degree.
